Returns & Exchanges

At Riomar Shoes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your footwear isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked and handled securely.

• 3.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer with the new label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
